Day 1: Welcome to Tokyo, Japan
Upon arrival at airport (Narita International Airport or Haneda Airport), the guide will meet you and escort you to your car, transfer to your hotel, free on your own in the rest of the day, overnight in Tokyo.
Day 2: Tokyo City Tour
Pick up at hotel, visit the Meiji Shrine, Imperial Palace Plaza (formerly a private garden of the Royal Family), Nijubashi Bridge (the face of the Imperial Palace), Sensoji Temple (Tokyo's oldest temple) and Nakamise Shopping Street (250 meters long, filled with a plethora of shops), Odaiba Seaside Park, overnight in Tokyo
Day 3: Mount Fuji tour
Transfer to Mt.fuji (2,300 meters (7,546 ft) above sea level, the highest peaks in Japan), visit Lake Kawaguchiko, take Mount Fuji Panoramic Ropeway (from the observation area at an elevation of 1,075 meters there is a 360 degree panoramic view of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi), if in winter, take a trip to the ski resort, overnight in Tokyo
Day 4: Kamakura Great Buddha and Yokohama tour
After breakfast, pick you up at hotel at 9:00 a.m, head to Yokohama, visit Cup Noodles Museum, Kirin Beer Factory, Yokohama China Town, head to Kamakura, visit the Great Buddha, Kotoku-in Temple, drop you off in your hotel, overnight in Tokyo
Day 5: Free at leisure
Free at leisure for shopping or optional tour to Disney Resort, overnight in Tokyo
Day 6: Bullet train from Tokyo to Nagoya, Nagoya city tour
Take bullet train to Nagoya, have a city tour around this industrial city, visit Osu Kannon Buddhist Temple and shopping district, Nagoya castle(one of the three most famous castles), Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology, Nagoya’s Samurai Districts Shikemichi or Umetsubo areas, overnight in Nagoya
Day 7: Shirakawa-go UNESCO tour
Pick up at hotel, depart for the world famous Shirakawago thatched roof villages today, visit Gokayama Ainokura Village (World Heritage site), Shiroyama Observatory Deck (enjoy the view of the thatched-roof village), Shirakawago Village (World Heritage site), overnight in Takayama
Day 8: Takayama tour
Pick up at hotel, visit Takayama Morning Market, Matsuri-no-Mori (a museum dedicated to the famous Takayama Festival), walk around the old town of Takayama (Sanmachi Suji, preserved since Edo period 1603 – 1868), overnight in Takayama
Day 9: Magome & Tsumago tour
Pick up at hotel, transfer to Magome-juku (popular tourist site, the earliest Japanese hotel street, has a history of 400 years), Tsumago-juku (first registered scenery of historic districts, Edo Style town with over 65 Edo Style houses on one street, Kisoji Resort (Chopsticks making experience), overnight in Nagoya
Day 10: Kyoto day tour
Pick up at hotel, transfer to Kyoto, visit Arashiyama Sagano Bamboo Grove, Togetsu-kyo Bridge(250-meter-long bridge in Arashiyama, good spots for viewing cherry blossoms or colored autumn leaves), experience the famous Sagano Romantic Train (enjoy the beautiful view of Hozugawa Ravine from season to season while taking the Romantic train), overnight in Kyoto
Day 11: Kyoto day tour
Pick up at hotel, visit Kyoto Imperial Palace, Sanjusangendo (housing 1,001 life-size statues of Buddhist), Kiyomizu Temple (enjoy autumn leaves, change to Kinkakuji Temple in cherry blossom period), Fushimi Inari Shrine, Gion (famous geisha district), overnight in Kyoto
Day 12: Nara and Osaka tour
Pick up at hotel, depart for Nara and visit Todai-ji Temple (Great Buddha), Nara Park (adorable wild deer strolling around in the park, which is rare in the world), transfer to Osaka and visit Osaka Castle, The Umeda Sky Building, overnight in Osaka
Day 13: Free at leisure
Free at leisure for shopping or optional tour to Osaka Universal Studios, overnight in Osaka
Day 14: Osaka Departure
Today, you will finish your wonderful tours. Pick you up at hotel, transfer to Osaka Kansai Airport. Tour ends here.

We had a great 10 day vacation in Japan( from Osaka to Tokyo). With Celine and Diper tour’s assistance, everything went well. From Universal & Disneyland tickets to tourist spots & attraction, we really had no hassle and enjoy every place that we visited. Thank you very much Celine, very prompt to reply our emails and suggested what’s best for our tour. Special mention to Ian our tour guide driver in Tokyo who really speaks english well that also gave us some tips and backgrounds on places. All in all we had fun and had a great time. DT offers a flexible and a convenient way for us to only go to places we want to go. Being a private tour, it allows us to customise and as such, see more places than conventional tours. We had a fuss free and enjoyable time in Japan, thanks to Abby and her ground crew. Our driver, Cavin was excellent throughout, very considerate and careful. He even went to the extent to make sure my wife only bought local Japanese biscuits n delicacies from local (cheaper n more variety) shops rather than from touristy shops. We travelled in comfortable and clean Toyota Alphard throughout our journey. They can get closer to certain sites which are surrounded by narrow roads or alleys. Abby was very patient and accommodating with our requests and changes. She ensures our entire journey went like clockwork. No hesitation in recommending Diper Tours. Thanks Abby
